What we do with the personal information we collect

Personal data can be used to identify a person. This includes name, address, postal address, telephone number etc. Any information which does not directly correlate with the true identity of a web user, is not considered personal data.

It is a matter of course for us to adhere to the valid regulations for data protection of personal data. This Privacy Policy also points out how we collect and protect your data and what possibilities you have to find out which personal data we have collected.

If necessary, we ask the user of our website about company, name, first names and other personal information, provided the user utilizes a personalized and/or interactive service.

We use the personal information given in the course of inquiries only within our company. We will not share your personal information with third parties unless this is necessary to fulfill contractual obligations. In any case, we will not share any data with other parties without your explicit approval thereof.

 

Google reCAPTCHA

We use „Google reCAPTCHA“ (hereafter referred to as „reCAPTCHA“) on our websites. This is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland („Google“) and Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

reCAPTCHA is used to verify whether the data submitted on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) has been submitted by a human or by an automated program. reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website user, on the basis of different characteristics. The analysis starts automatically when the user enters the website. reCAPTCHA evaluates various items of information (e.g. IP address, time the user stays on the website or mouse movements).

The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google. All reCAPTCHA analyses are carried out in the background. The website user is not informed that the analysis takes place.

Data processing is based on Art. 6, para 1 lit. f GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation). The website provider has a legitimate interest to protect his website from misuse in form of automated spying or SPAM.
